What payment methods do you accept?

We offer two payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order arrives.

Advance Payment: You can also pay in advance by messaging us on WhatsApp for account details.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns and exchanges are possible in case of:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective product


👉 To request a return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

How long does delivery take?

Lahore: 1–2 working days

Punjab (other than Lahore): 2–3 working days

Other provinces (Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, etc.): 2–4 working days

Remote/rural areas: Delivery time may vary depending on courier services.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable, you can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier directly.
